Senior Field Application Scientist Malvern Panalytical Inc. Westborough, Massachusetts
Description: In this talk, we will show examples of how five Malvern Panalytical technologies, DSC, SAXS, DLS, MADLS, and NTA, can be used to characterize both common and advanced RNA-LNPs properties. Results from each technology will be presented for RNA-LNP and free RNA samples produced by different formulation, process, and storage conditions.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion, participants will be able to demonstrate knowledge in how calorimetry and light Scattering technologies can be used to characterize RNA-LNP size, polydispersity, thermal stability, advanced structure, and comparability.
To better understand the heterogeneity of RNA starting material before LNP formulation.
To better understand the impact of formulation, process, and storage conditions on RNA-LNP size and structure.
