Development, qualification and execution of cytometry assays in support of translational modeling for drug discovery programs across multiple therapeutics areas (including inflammation and immunology, rare diseases, oncology, internal medicine, drug safety) with innovative biomeasures (including cellular phenotyping, target expression, drug/target trafficking, functional responses). Develop project partnerships in a matrix environment to influence project team and therapeutic area in scientific decision-making.
