Lun Xin is a seasoned biopharmaceutical professional with over 10 years of experience in formulation development, analytical sciences, and drug product manufacturing. He currently serves as Associate Director at WuXi Biologics, leading a team in the development of formulations for large molecule therapeutics including antibodies, peptides, and vaccines. He also drives technical marketing and established high-throughput screening capabilities in North America.
Previously at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Lun advanced from analyticla scientist to formulation sciences, where he led the creation of high-throughput analytical platforms and innovative high-concentration formulation technologies. He also pioneered the mRNA-LNP formulation platform and contributed to establishing a Biologics Formulation Center of Excellence.
Lun’s expertise spans biophysical characterization (DSF, DLS, SLS), analytical method development (HPLC, LC-MS, CE), and automation-driven workflows. He is highly proficient in R and VBA programming for data management and statistical analysis.
